Eligibility:
Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and any customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned with missing tags or signs of wear).
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong item).
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at info@rebeloclothing.com within 7 working days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
