  • Express Shipping:

    • Domestic (Within UK): 1-3 business days

    • International: 5-10 business days

  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over £100. This offer applies to eligible orders within the domestic region only.

Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

Order Tracking:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Rebelo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend checking with neighbors or your building’s management if applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rebelo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returns:

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and any customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return Process:

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
